SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE
A scientific committee including all the theme co-ordinators will be in charge of the animation of the GDRI and of the scientific coordination of the projects that will be built in the framework of the GDRI to be proposed to various funding agencies such as the National Research Agency (ANR) in France, EU FP7 at European level, NRF in South Africa-etc An annual meeting of the main leaders of the project (at least one person par laboratory involved) appears necessary.
Taking into account the different scientific objective presented in the previous section the composition proposed for the GDRI ARSAIO is the following:

As far as possible, the use of audio or video conferences between la Réunion, South Africa and France will be recommended for most of the meetings of the steering and of the scientific committees of the GDRI.
